Exit strategy

I was thinking about the different ways of getting out of my business after a few years and I can't come up with some ways. If someone could help me with that, that would be great. Thanks!

    Burn it and collect the insurance $$$$.

    Sell, Sell, Sell and have some poor sucker pay for all the company's liabilities as well.

    Wait, aren't you suppost to kill me and run to Tahiti?
